For instance, she holds membership to numerous professional organizations, including the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City. She was selected to participate in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and regularly volunteers at the association’s annual telethon, during which lawyers field phone calls from the public and answer basic legal questions. Additionally, she has had the honor of being elected to serve on The Missouri Bar’s Young Lawyers’ Section Council to represent District 3 (Jackson County, Missouri). Her other community work involves raising money for Hope House, Wayside Waifs, and Missouri Pitbull Rescue, among other charitable organizations.. When Kelly is not in the office or helping her neighbors, she enjoys bonding with her dog at the “bark park” and spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel, play softball, participate in a bowling league, and play recreational sand volleyball. And even though she’s a diehard Denver Broncos fan, she often uses her Chiefs season tickets to go to football games.
