Ms. Pollard handles all aspects of stock and asset purchases, including letters of intent, due diligence, purchase agreement preparation and review, closings and earn-out strategies. She has a particular emphasis on counseling and implementing business transition and succession strategies between family members. She has formed over 300 corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships (LPs), general partnerships, and limited liability partnerships (LLPs) for licensed professionals. Ms. Pollard’s office maintains corporate records for over 400 closely-held businesses on an annual basis. Ms. Pollard graduated from Loyola Law School in May 2007. While at Loyola Law School, Brooke clerked for the Hon. Richard Aronson, California Court of Appeals, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three, and worked for an estate planning firm in Costa Mesa. Before entering law school, Ms. Pollard was a Financial Services Officer at a large local bank specializing in small and growing businesses.. Ms. Pollard received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.
