Robert formerly was the Principal Law Clerk for the Honorable Nicholas Figueroa in the New York State Supreme Court for New York County before entering private practice where he has spent several years representing his clients’ interests in all aspects of estate planning and elder law.. Over the years, he continues to counsel numerous clients in the Hofstra Law School Veterans Legal Assistance Project and is frequently invited to present to special needs organizations, financial advisors, and various community groups..
