I began my legal career working in the downtown Manhattan in-house counsel office of a major insurance carrier. In addition, before establishing my firm, I practiced for several years as an associate with a Long Island law firm specializing in both the defense and prosecution of personal injury and medical malpractice claims, and commercial and insurance litigation.. I received my B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from St. John's University, and received my J.D. Degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1995. I am a member of the following associations:. I also sit on the Plaintiff's roundtable of the Nassau County Bar Association.. In addition, I am admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and in the Federal Courts for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York, as well as the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
