R.J. Connelly III is the principal attorney of Connelly Law Offices, LTD with offices in both Mystic, Connecticut and Pawtucket, RI. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is also a Rhode Island and Massachusetts Real Estate Broker.   He has been board certified by the National Elder Law Foundation and is one of only 422 certified elder law attorneys in the United States. A graduate of Providence College and Quinnipiac School of Law, Attorney Connelly is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Probate and Trust Committee, Sub-committee on Elder Law, the Stonington Commission on Aging, the Estate and Tax Planning Council of Eastern Connecticut, the Rhode Island Health Care Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the recipient of the 2011 Rhode Island Alliance for Better Long Term Care’s (State Ombudsman) “Hero Award” for his “unselfish dedication and service to protecting Elder Rights”. Mr. Connelly has been practicing law with a concentration in elder law issues for over 17 years and has dedicated his focus to the protection of the elderly.
