A magna cum laude graduate of Capital University Law School, Weis was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1996. Currently, she serves as Immediate past-president of the Ohio chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Previously, she served as the organization’s president and vice president. In 2002, she was chair of the Domestic Relations Committee of the Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association..
