Current President of Torchbearers and a champion for service and leadership in Akron.  In his work life Craig has been practicing law for what is coming up on 11 years in Akron.  As a business & technology attorney at the Cleveland/Akron law firm of Brouse McDowell, LPA Craig has steered many entrepreneurs, non-profits and technology companies through what can sometimes be challenging legal waters.. Craig has a broad legal knowledge base from working with various businesses from startups to long term brick and mortar operations as he has handled everything from risk management and audits to federal regulatory compliance for companies operating in spaces affected by COPPA, HITEC/HIPPA, UCC, SEC, FTC, and USPTO among others.. His passion for community and collaboration runs deep with volunteer time spent with Torchbearers, serving on the Board for Leadership Akron, serving on the Board for the Greater Akron Chamber, various committees and pro bono work with the Akron Bar Association and the annual Strides for Autism Campaign.. When not volunteering, this 2014 30 For the Future award winner and Super-Lawyer Rising Star Award winner for the last 4 consecutive years enjoys spending time with family and friends, the outdoors and running.
