Mr. Hoxie’s legal career began in February of 2010, at a well-known insurance defense firm as a file clerk. He continued with the insurance defense firm for over four years, moving up to law clerk. During this time, he applied the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure to his day-to-day support of several attorneys’ trial practice, including helping to manage their calendars.. In August of 2013, Mr. Hoxie started law school. In law school, he earned several recognitions, including the best grade in Advanced Property law (a CALI award) as well as Dean’s List recognition. He also studied abroad in Clermont-Ferrand, France while in law school. After two and one-half years, in December of 2015, Mr. Hoxie completed law school, then passed the bar in February of 2016.. Since passing the bar, Mr. Hoxie has assisted thousands of personal injury/civil litigation clients with either their claims or lawsuits. All his clients are personal to him; they each know he is simply a text away. Communicating with clients is important to Joseph.
