Dimitra S. Scott leads the Divorce & Family Law and Adoption & Assisted Reproduction practice groups at Beresford Booth PLLC. Known for her compassionate approach and strong client advocacy, she is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys—a recognition of her commitment to high professional standards. Dimitra guides clients through the legal intricacies of adoption and assisted reproduction, offering personalized support in matters such as legal processes, match-making, and family-building strategies. She prepares comprehensive agreements for gestational and genetic surrogacy, as well as gamete donation, helping ensure parentage is properly established. A Pacific Northwest native, Dimitra graduated Magna Cum Laude from Menlo College and Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law. She joined Beresford Booth in 2004 and became a partner in 2016. Outside of her legal practice, she supports special needs causes and participates in local athletic organizations. Her work has been recognized with honors including the NAFLA Top 10 Attorney Award for Washington and Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion Award.
