Rob Werking is a committed and experienced criminal trial attorney.  Although all lawyers claim to be "trial attorneys," Mr. Werking is the real deal.  Unlike 90% of the fake "aggressive" trial attorneys who advertise in the Denver Metro area, Mr. Werking has tried several hundred cases including not guilty verdicts in homicide, attempted homicide, felony and misdemeanor assaults, domestic violence, drug possession and distribution, DUI, child abuse, animal abuse, and municipal code violations.. Thus far in 2024, Mr. Werking achieved not guilty verdicts in an attempted homicide case and separate DUI trial in Arapahoe County.  Dimissal of domest violence and theft cases in Douglas County and dismissals of domestic violence and protection order violations in Jefferson County.. Rob Werking handles all felonies, misdemeanors, municipal ordinance violations, traffic, DUI/DWAI, and all drug offenses.  Mr. Werking is certified in the administration of the standardized field sobriety tests (NHTSA SFST) or the same coordination tests the police use in detecting DUI drivers..
