John received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Denver College of Law, a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Romance Languages from Rutgers University. Before establishing his practice in 2002, John served as in-house counsel for large healthcare delivery systems for two decades.. Born and raised in Little Silver, New Jersey on the Jersey Shore with four siblings, John later relocated to Colorado from Pennsylvania, where he worked for 12 years as Senior Legal Counsel for a prominent academic medical center in Pittsburgh. He is licensed to practice law by examination in Colorado and Illinois (now inactive) , and he completed a student internship at the Colorado United States Attorney's Office in Denver. Additionally, John supported his way through law school by working part-time in a variety of interesting part-time jobs, demonstrating his dedication and commitment.. During his time stationed at Eisenhower Army Medical CenterHospital in Augusta, Georgia as a Captain, JAGC, John served as legal counsel to the U.S. Army Physical Evaluation Board, for one year providing legal advice to the Board regarding the medical discharge of many soldiers who were seriously injured in combat during the Vietnam War..
