Cassy received her B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2000 and spent the next 15 years working in the contract management industry.  Though she always wanted to be a defense attorney, life had other plans for a while. She received her J.D. from the University of Colorado in 2018 after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2000.
