I make sure that you are getting the weekly temporary disability benefits (money) to which you are entitled while you are off work or are working part-time or at a lower wage, and still in medical treatment.   After your medical treatment has been completed, I make sure that you are paid the proper dollar amount if you have any permanent disability.  If it is appropriate, I negotiate the best settlement I can for you.. I am the one who deals with the insurance company so you no longer have to. I make sure that you are treated fairly.  I will go to bat for you when you are not able to yourself, or just don't want to.
