I am a former District Court Magistrate and Family Court Facilitator.  I have more than a decade of experience in the Colorado courts of Adams and Broomfield counties. As a magistrate I heard domestic relations, civil protection order, and criminal domestic violence cases.  I offer private mediation and arbitration services through Simon Mole Mediation, LLC. My focus is on divorce mediation in the Denver Metro area.My law degree is from the University of Colorado’s School of Law.  I have participated in extensive mediation and family law training through the State of Colorado courts.  I have served on the Colorado Supreme Court’s Standing Committee on Family Issues, where I participated in drafting “Rule 16.2” which governs court procedure in domestic relations cases.  Currently, I am a member of the Colorado Access to Justice Commission.  My commitment is to everyone with a dispute to resolve, and I welcome parties with or without attorneys.Google me to find out more.  You will find out that I served on the City of Boulder Planning Board, and that I had an academic career as an ecologist before I became a lawyer.  I keep a full profile on LinkedIn, and I am happy to connect with lawyers professionally.  I do not use social media as a way to communicate with lawyers or clients about the maters on which I provide my services.
