After practicing on his own for several years, his entrepreneurial spirit got the better of him and he ventured into a practice with his brother Art, whom together built geographically one of the largest injury practices in the state of Ohio.. Lecturing frequently at seminars for the Ohio Trial Lawyers Association on litigation and injury issues, Dave takes an active role in teaching other lawyers how to better represent their injury clients in today's ever changing legal system.. When Dave isn’t representing the rights of injury victims, he spends his time being an active husband, father and grandfather to his wife Marilyn, three children, granddaughters Meredith, Madison and Celia, and grandson Dylan.
