In the past, Ms. Cohn-Payne has acted as a settlement conference panelist for the San Francisco County Superior Court. She has been a consulting editor for Matthew Bender's Automobile Liability publication of Practice and Pleadings and a contributing editor of The Art of Advocacy and California Forms of Jury Instructions published by Lexus Nexis. Additionally, she is also co-author of The California Automobile Collision Handbook. Ms. Cohn-Payne has been a guest lecturer providing her expertise in the area of premises liability law.She has been a Florida State Bar member since 1983 and a member of the California State Bar since 1989.
