In addition, Dr. Kobak actively helps physicians with insurance company audits.. Dr. Kobak obtained his B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Queens College, CUNY, his D.P.M. from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and his J.D. from Touro Law School.
