Maureen M. Her undergraduate studies focused on Psychology at California State East Bay where she obtained an acute understanding of human behavior, development, aging, emotions and social interactions.. While working full time and raising a family, Maureen earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2015 from John F. Kennedy University School of Law. Maureen was recognized for her achievements and honored with 3 Witkin Awards for academic excellence. As a non-traditional law student, Maureen proved her perseverance and dedication to her studies and family. She gained an appreciation of the criminal justice system and the challenges faced by the indigent population fostered through her internships during and after law school at the Solano County Public Defender’s Office in both the misdemeanor and felony departments.. Born in Walnut Creek, California and having resided in Solano County since 1988, Maureen is dedicated to her local community where she resides with her husband.  Maureen’s unique background allows her to provide grounded perspectives and understanding to clients who must navigate through emotional issues involved in the areas of practice.
