Since 2000, I have assisted families navigate through the litigation process, both in court and through alternative dispute resolution.  I have litigated hearings and trials in King and Snohomish County for over twenty years.  I have represented clients in countless mediations and arbitrations, and have performed as a mediator as well.  I have volunteered as a CASA, investigating the needs of children, then writing reports for and testifying before judicial officers as to what is in the best interest of a child.  I attempt to resolve matters with less conflict whenever possible.  I can assist with divorce, legal separation, paternity, parenting plan modifications, child support and maintenance modifications, domestic violence protection orders, prenuptial agreements, and restraining orders.
