For more five years, Mr. Yee has helped people in San Diego resolve complex litigation cases ranging from personal injury to wildfires.  In 2014, he joined Albertson & Davidson, LLP, putting his extensive litigation experience to use fighting hard for our clients in contested Trust and Will matters.  Mr. Yee believes that through hard work, passion, and dedication to a client’s case, a successful resolution is highly likely and he strives to apply that belief for every client he represents.. Mr. Yee was educated and raised in San Diego where he successfully built his litigation career—having worked for a wide variety of clients.  Outside of his practice, Mr. Yee enjoys running with his wife and volunteering at the Birch Aquarium at Scripps Institution of Oceanography where he serves as a tide pool interpreter for the public.. Mr. Yee is actively involved in the San Diego County Bar Association.  He is at the forefront of new laws as a San Diego County Bar Association Delegate to the Conference of California Bar Associations, an organization that reviews and proposes new legislation and amendments—including Trust & Will law—to the California State legislature.. During law school, Mr. Yee was a judicial intern for The Honorable Judge Ronald S. Prager, San Diego Superior Court.  He also gained extensive courtroom experience as a law clerk for the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, Juvenile Division.  Whether running a marathon or arguing in court, Mr. Yee is equally comfortable and confident in his ability to succeed.
