Karine Karadjian is attorney and mediator with offices in San Fernando Valley (Van Nuys), Glendale, Anaheim, and Irvine.  She focuses her law practice on consumer debt relief (Chapter 7 bankruptcy, Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and debt settlement), employment law/employee rights, and personal injury (auto/truck/motorcycle accidents and slip/trip falls).. Karine's interest in bankruptcy developed during her second year of law school when she externed for Judge Kathleen Thompson and Judge Geraldine Mund at the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court. She went on to work with Public Counsel's Debtor Assistance Project, which assists low-income individuals with bankruptcy-related issues. Prior to opening her own law firm, Karine worked as an associate attorney at a bankruptcy firm in the San Fernando Valley, managing their Chapter 13 department.. Karine's mediation practice focuses on employment law, personal injury, and business disputes.  She is well-versed in these areas of law and has assisted several attorneys in employment law and personal injury matters over the past several years.  Her thorough experience in debt settlement has also greatly helped her in mediation matters.  Karine has a passion for peacemaking and holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine's Straus University.. Karine graduated from UCLA in 2008 with a B.A. in both History and International Development Studies. She received her J.D. and M.D.R. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2011.  When she's not working, Karine likes to explore hiking trails with her dog Sheldon. She also enjoys traveling and sightseeing. Karine is fluent in Armenian and Russian and enjoys reading Russian Literature in her spare time..
