Licensed to practice law in California and Buenos Aires, Argentina (Capital Federal).. Master of Laws in International Business Transactions and Comparative Law (LL.M.). Mr. Gaiteri is a multi-cultural, experienced, bi-lingual attorney with over 16 years of cumulative law practice.. During his legal tenure, Mr. Gaiteri has worked for major international corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and major law firms. He has volunteered at Bay Area non-profit associations, such as the Eviction Defense Collaborative of San Francisco, the Concord Domestic Violence Law Clinic, the San Francisco Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Program, and the Placer County Attorney/Mediator program.. Mr. Gaiteri is fluent in Spanish and graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), specializing in Business and Corporate Law, in 1998. In 2001, he obtained his Masters of Laws degree (LL.M.), in International Business Transactions and Comparative Law, at the University of San Francisco (USF), School of Law.  In 2007, he passed the CA State Bar exam, and was admitted to practice law in California.  He joined the e-discovery industry in 2008. From the year 2011 to 2013, he had the unique privilege to work for Google, Inc., as one of the original 13 members recruited to assist in the formation of an internal e-discovery team. In 2014  Mr. Gaiteri relocated to Roseville, and established his own practice providing the same level of high caliber legal services at reasonable rates.. When not practicing law, Mr. Gaiteri is an active member of the California Aikido Federation, holding the rank of Nidan (second-degree black-belt).  He is a strong believer that the same harmonious and peaceful [conflict resolutions] principles of Aikido can be applied to the legal industry, as well.  A dedicated family-man, he resides in Roseville, CA, with his wife and daughters.
