His clients have included household names in the technology, biotechnology, financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing industries, among others.. In addition, Jason has extensive cross-border experience representing international companies and dealing with international discovery and litigation issues (such as depositions outside the United States, sovereign immunity claims, Hague Convention procedures, and so forth). Besides employment litigation, he has also represented clients in commercial litigation and product-liability litigation, including consumer class-actions, mass-tort class-actions, and multi-district litigations. He has participated in several bench and jury trials, and has experience litigating cases to verdict in both contexts and in arbitration. Finally, Jason represents companies and individuals in anti-SLAPP matters regarding protected speech.. Jason is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.. Prior ExperienceJason has deep experience in employment and commercial litigation. Before joining Faegre Drinker, he served at as a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm in San Diego handling single plaintiff, class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases. Jason also owned his own civil litigation practice. He has represented clients throughout California’s state and federal courts, as well as California’s Court of Appeal and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Jason was also an associate at a global firm in San Francisco.. While in law school, Jason served as a student attorney in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, and as a summer honors intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange commission.. Personal InterestsJason is a licensed private pilot, was born and raised in France, and loves to travel the world and explore different cultures.
