I have provided legal assistance to numerous individuals and businesses throughout the Capital Region of New York State during my career in areas such as estate planning, business succession planning, elder law, estate and trust administration (including estate litigation), veterans benefits, real estate and business law. I have handled legal matters from simple wills and real estate transactions to highly sophisticated estate plans, contested guardianships and business arrangements. My estate litigation experience extends to contested wills, contested accountings, removal of executors and trustees and cases involving abuse of powers of attorney.
