Colleen A. Dooley is admitted to practice in New York. She received her education at SUNY Brockport, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, at Thomas M. Cooley Law School (Lansing, MI).
