Alex has served in the positions of Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel for corporate clients and, in these capacities, has handled mergers, acquisitions, corporate formations, bankruptcies, employment litigation and counsel, patent disputes, trademark matters as well as vendor and client negotiations.. During law school, Alex served as an Associate Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review as well as an extern to the current Chief Justice of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the Honorable Alex Kozinski.. Alex currently practices in Los Angeles, CA and focuses primarily on employment litigation. He is a proud member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and co-chair of its Practice Management Committee.
