He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Siena College in 1979, and Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law in 1982.. Victor is on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York. In addition, he is also a member of the board of the Legal Aid Society of Northeastern New York Justice for All campaign. He also serves as a Board Member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Italian American Bar Association. He also is a member of the Schenectady County Community College Foundation Board.. To further protect the rights of injured persons, Victor serves on the Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Affiliate. He is also the past President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District affiliate. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Bar Association, Capital District Trial Lawyers’ Association, Public Justice Foundation and Albany County Bar Association. He has participated as a speaker for many continuing legal education programs focused in the field of personal injury litigation. He was also elected to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers for 2014 and 2015.. Victor is married and has two children. In his free time, Victor enjoys family activities – especially fishing with his two sons.
