I received my Juris Doctorate Degree from UC Hastings College of the Law with an emphasis in Criminal Law, and received my Bachelor's Degree from UC Berkeley in Rhetoric.  I am a Partner with the Law Offices of Galine, Frye, Fitting & Frangos, a civil litigation firm.. Presently, I specialize in the area of general civil litigation, specifically serious and catastrophic personal injury cases, professional malpractice, bad faith insurance, and business litigation. I specialize in cases involving complex issues of liability and damages. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Galine, Frye, Fitting & Frangos as an attorney, I worked with the District Attorneys’ office in San Mateo and San Francisco. I also practiced general civil litigation, specifically in the areas of real estate, contract disputes, and personal injury.. I also served as a JAG officer in the California State Military Reserve, which serves in assisting civil authorities during domestic emergencies and assisting in the mobilization and demobilization process of the National Guard. My duties involved serving as legal counsel to National Guard soldiers regarding domestic legal matters prior to and following their deployment, and other matters related to military law.
