Ms. Munk has won several Anti-SLAPP motions resulting in the entire dismissal of the case and has drafted and argued many successful motions.. Ms. Munk received her J.D. magna cum laude from California Western School of Law and she was a staff editor and writer for the California Western Law Review/International Law Journal. She received her B.A. with honors from the University of Washington.. Ms. Munk is admitted to practice in California, Washington, and before the Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Tax Court.
