To break away from the fast pace work at the office, I am involved in many activities during my free time. I am a member of a cycling club in Orange County. I bike 4 days a week from my home to the office for an average total of 100 miles a week. During the weekends I scuba dive.. I also enjoys camping and hiking with my wife. I picked up my love for hiking since I was a boy. When I was a youth minister, I took my youth group on camping and hiking trips around Arizona, California, Florida and North Carolina.. “I value exercising, as it is vital to living a long healthy life. It has a positive effect on my mental health and it makes me feel great to be productive at my work"
