That clinic, in conjunction with the Orange County Rescue Mission continues to be responsible for the provision of pro-bono legal aid to homeless and indigent populations in Orange County.. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, Mr. Ventura has defended clients facing a variety of criminal charges which range from traffic citations all the way to serious felonies.. In addition, Mr. Howell and Mr. Ventura created the Trinity Law School Alumni Association and are part owners of Burn Ward LLC, a multimedia corporation.. Mr. Ventura is a member of the California Bar Association (#306392) and licensed to practice in all California State Courts.
