Previously, Ms. Vicente worked for several years in Honolulu, Hawaii. While there, she represented a major Honolulu bank in a case involving allegations of securities fraud against a nationally-known brokerage. In another high-profile case, she represented a major agricultural firm in litigation involving antitrust, violation of trade secrets, and patent infringement against an internationally-recognized food processor. As part of her practice, she also defended a major architectural firm in a $27 million claim against design defects, and represented two major construction equipment manufacturers in lawsuits alleging toxic exposure to asbestos..
