In both situations you are going against a mighty opponent (rich/greedy insurance companies or the government).. I pride myself in attentive and personal representation. Be assured I will aggressively protect your rights and fight for a just outcome. Most cases are resolved either through a settlement or plea agreement and sometimes that is the right choice, but sometimes it's not. That being said it is imperative you retain a lawyer who is willing and able to take your case to trial.
