Using unique theories and strategies, Charles has successfully litigated personal injury matters with verdicts and settlements of $3.7 million, $2.7 million, and $1.2 million as well as worker’s compensation settlements of $500,000, $400,000 and numerous cases settled in excess of $300,000.. Charles has a diverse educational and professional background. Prior to a career in the law,he studied abroad in Madrid, Spain and earned an MA degree in Linguistics and ESL. Charles then taught for eight years prior to attending The John Marshall Law School. In law school, Charles was a member of the Law Review, and participated in the International Law Moot Court and Insurance Law Moot Court programs. For recreation, Charles has completed numerous triathlons as well as 5k and 10k races.
