He graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1978 and became a member of the Washington State Bar Association that same year. He’s been a member of the Alaska Bar and Montana Bar and has successfully argued before the Washington State Supreme Court on two occasions. Angela Brooker, his paralegal, has been working for him for more than 20 years.
