Kevin J. Breen has been in the private practice of law for 28 years after graduating from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 1986, where he was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the law of evidence and served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Alvin I. Krenzler, retired United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio in Cleveland.. After practicing at large firms in both Akron (Roetzel & Andress) and Cleveland (Thompson, Hine), between 1986 and 1994, Mr. Breen started his own practice focusing on the areas of business litigation, contract, employment law and educational law.  His practice has expanded to include additional practices areas.  He has successfully operated his own firm for the past 20 years.  Mr. Breen is a well-known and widely respected trial and appellate lawyer. He appears regularly in both State and Federal Courts in Ohio.  He has served as lead counsel in several reported cases including, Radcliff v.
