As a judicial intern, Ms. Mayzelshteyn conducted legal research for ongoing cases, drafted memoranda, and observed proceedings in a variety of civil matters. Ms. Mayzelshteyn then went on to serve as a law clerk at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. In fact, it was this experience that sparked Ms. Mayzelshteyn’s interest in pursuing a career in employment litigation.. After graduating from law school, Ms. Mayzelshteyn served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Daniel H. Brown in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division during the 2020-2021 term. In her capacity as a judicial law clerk, Ms. Mayzelshteyn drafted orders as well as managed the motion calendar for the family maintenance (FM) docket..
