Along with her work at KFFJ Law, Ms. Fogarty has served as a Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court. This is a free service provided by the court to help people settle their personal injury or domestic relations cases through the use of a neutral party—an experienced attorney who can facilitate the settlement.. Ms. Fogarty is a long time resident of Northern Virginia, having attended Fairfax County Public Schools and graduating from Ft. Hunt High School. She now lives and works in the city of Fairfax. When she’s not working, Ms. Fogarty enjoys traveling and going to concerts at the many live music venues in the area. Ms. Fogarty has three daughters.
