Jonathan C. Clarke began his legal career in the Office of the New York State Attorney General where he litigated a major case on scaffolding law. He moved on to a position at the United States Attorney’s Office where he worked on several Federal Prosecutions of white-collar criminals who had defrauded hundreds of Long Islanders in Madoff style ponzi schemes.. Jonathan C. Clarke is a member of the New York State Trial lawyers Association and is a strong defender of the United States Constitution.
