Mr. Raimondi is the founder of Raimondi Law, P.C., a law firm focused on the needs of small and midsize businesses located on Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City, as well as Northern New Jersey.  Mr. Raimondi routinely advises business owners in industries including, but not limited to, nutraceutical manufacturing and sales, transportation and logistics, construction and real estate development, financial services, insurance coverage and interior design.. While Mr. Raimondi assists clients with strategic business advice aimed at risk and litigation avoidance and acts as "in-house counsel" for many of his corporate clients, his experience is not limited to transaction work.  Mr. Raimondi is also an experienced litigator having handled numerous cases in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, Michigan, California, Missouri, Texas and Florida.  Over the course of his decades-long career, Mr. Raimondi has successfully represented clients in litigations involving business divorce, licensing agreements, supply chain agreements, insurance contract disputes, member and shareholder disputes, intellectual property disputes and trademark protection, embezzlement, misappropriation of corporate assests, usurpation of corporate opportunity, fraud and breach of contract matters..
