About Patrick Noe
I have been a resident of New York and have lived in the Buffalo area since 1987. I am proud to call this region home and enjoy the people who live here. Practicing law has provided me with the opportunity to come into contact with people from all walks of life. It is something that I truly enjoy. Family is something that is very important to me and this is the reason why I have decided to focus my practice on a couple of areas that have an impact on the family and the individual members.
