My name is Bob Graziano. I am an attorney with 25 years of experience. I have been practicing immigration law for more than 15 years and have focused on family immigration issues and in asylum and deportation defense work. While I do not,speak Spanish fluently myself, my staff speaks Spanish fluently. I can represent clients throughout the country and am admitted to practice law in both New York and California. I am also happy to assist in BIA appeals and appeals in Federal court as well. My background also includes a number of years teaching in a law school in New York State. I also have extensive experience in Social Security disability hearings and have been doing disability cases for more than 20 years.
