He served as an adjunct professor in the Criminal Justice New York State University System for 12 years. Scott has spent his entire life in the criminal justice system. During his police career he completed several specialized trainings that are helpful in defending clients such as a DWI standardized field sobriety test instructor, criminal investigations and forensic interviewer (see further list of trainings below). Scott holds an MA in Criminal Justice, Boston University. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is admitted to the New York Bar and Arkansas Bar.
