Blake began his education at the University of South Alabama, graduating with a degree in English Literature and Letters before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. After passing the Alabama Bar Exam, Blake returned to his home county to work as a state prosecutor with the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office, representing the State of Alabama in both civil and criminal cases.. During his time with the District Attorney’s Office, Blake cut his teeth as an advocate for the people of Mobile County handling felony and misdemeanor cases, conducting thousands of hearings, and trying hundreds of bench trials as well as numerous jury trials.. After leaving public service in August of 2020, Blake accepted a position with a law firm in Mobile, Alabama, focusing on Family Law and Criminal Defense, and used his trial experience and knowledge of the court system to zealously represent the interests of his clients.. In 2023, Blake decided to open his practice to provide high quality legal representation, not limited to those at the top of the income bracket, but to provide the same quality of representation to the middle and working class.
