Neil is a contributing author to several continuing legal education publications and teaches classes on estate planning and nonprofit organizations as an adjunct professor of law at Washington and Lee University School of Law. Neil is recognized for excellence in tax law in Best Lawyers in America and Virginia Super Lawyers.. He’s a graduate of the University of Virginia, earned his law degree from the College of William & Mary and his masters of tax law from George Washington University..
