Rebecca E. Rebecca also serves the Boards of two local nonprofits—the Beacon Tree Foundation and the Powhatan Free Clinic, whose missions are to increase access to affordable health care services for under-served populations. She lives with her husband and two sons in Chesterfield, VA.
