Having graduated from Central High School Troy went on to earn a political science degree from LSU. After graduation from Southern University Law Center in 1988, Troy has practiced continuously in Baton Rouge representing clients in City Courts, District Courts, Appellate Courts, LA Supreme Court, Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Courts as well as Administrative Law Courts and Local Tribunals.. There is nothing Troy loves more than spending time with his family, often at their camp on Grand Isle. He is married to the former Suzanne Guidry of Cut Off, La. and has two of the “GREATEST” children in the world(Troy’s words) in their son John Morgan and daughter Sarah. When not on the water fishing the Gulf of Mexico, Troy can be found in his Grand Isle kitchen cooking for his family and most of the neighborhood…the bigger the better..
