Mr. Kushner focuses his practices in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder law and Medicaid planning, residential and commercial real property, business transactions and representation of attorneys in ethics and fee matters.  He is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Courts of the Third Circuit. Mr. Kushner is a member and former president of the Camden County Bar Association and President of the Camden County Bar Foundation. Mr. Kushner has also been named Camden County’s “Professional Lawyer of the Year 2007” by the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism in the Law.. His participation in Bar and charitable activities also includes serving as a member of the Supreme Court District IV Ethics Committee as a former Chair and two terms on the Supreme Court District IV Fee Arbitration Committee as both a member and Chair of that committee and is an appointed Special Master to hear ethics grievances against New Jersey attorneys.. Mr. Kushner is a regular instructor for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education Skills and Methods Course in Wills and Estates and is a regular participant in seminars given by the Camden County Bar Association and New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  He also serves as an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, lecturing in Professional Responsibility.. Mr. Kushner received his B.A. cum laude from Dickinson College, J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and an L.L.M (Taxation) from Temple University School of Law
