Elliot Ostrove joined EPSTEIN OSTROVE, LLC after practicing for more than 15 years in the complex commercial litigation department of a large regional law firm. He represents individuals and companies of all sizes in all aspects of commercial litigation in courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation.. He is the Chair of our Commercial Litigation Department with practice areas that include trade secret/non-compete litigation, real estate litigation, consumer protection litigation, shareholder litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, class actions, and litigation of claims of fraud. Elliot is a frequent author and speaker about litigation and on issues such as class actions, consumer protection laws, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and internet commerce..
