A law firm who cares and listens to you!. If we have not already had the pleasure of meeting, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Wendy Manard. I am a personal injury lawyer. We have offices in Metairie, Louisiana and Los Angeles, California, but we help clients all over the states of Louisiana and California.. I am a native of New Orleans. I have lived in the New Orleans area and the Southern California area most of my life. I am a member of both the California and Louisiana Bar Associations. I double majored at the University of California in Santa Barbara, where I also ran cross country and track. I graduated from Tulane Law School. Before law school, I was a substitute teacher in Santa Barbara, Calfornia, and then went on to be a full time special education public school teacher in the New Orleans area for under priviledged kids. The first two years of my legal career were focused on child advocacy. I am now a mother to an amazing young man, Matthew. While I still do pro bono work for abused and neglected children, my focus for the last twenty years has been in helping injured adults and children. I have obtained numerous multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of my clients. When I became a lawyer, I vowed to use my law degree to help people. I feel that a life is best lived if it is spent helping others..
